Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service orientation in retail pharmacy.
• Ability to coach and develop pharmacy technicians.
• Experience in non-clinical pharmacy operations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care including registration, data entry, medication preparation and verification where allowed by law.
• Respond to patient and physician calls under pharmacist supervision; participate in health services where allowed by law.
• Delegate and assign non-clinical tasks within company policies; ensure on-time completion and workflow efficiency.
• Prepare and file reports required by company and government agencies; maintain inventory management tasks.
• Coordinate daily pharmacy schedule and ensure proper staffing and stock levels; ensure clean, organized workspace.
