Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) in Georgia to oversee pharmacy operations, administrative functions, and sales activities in alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. The role requires a PharmD or B.S.

in good standing with the GA Board of Pharmacy, strong communication skills, and proficiency with computers as part of managing a profitable business and coordinating with owners and the corporate office on finance, performance

Qualifications

Requires B.S. or PharmD in good standing with the GA Board of Pharmacy.
Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
Solid computer skills and business/financial understanding.

Responsibilities

Oversee pharmacy, administrative, clerical, and sales operations in accordance with regulations and policies.
Maintain the pharmacy’s physical space and organization.
Interface with Board of Management and staff as a liaison.
Hire, orient, and evaluate employees; ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead performance improvement and quality initiatives across departments.
Review charts and lab results; evaluate medication orders for safety and cost effectiveness.
Monitor patient progress and communicate results to physicians and healthcare team.
Supervise compounding, packaging, and labeling of products.
Participate in training and on-call rotations as needed.
