Food Management Search, Inc. seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) in Georgia to oversee operations across pharmacy, administrative/clerical, and sales, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to organizational policies.

The role includes financial oversight and liaison with owners on performance and clinical implementation of therapies. The Manager will supervise the pharmacy staff, maintain sterile compounding standards, participate in strategic planning to improve revenue and

Qualifications

BS or PharmD in good standing with the GA Board of Pharmacy.
Strong interaction with employees, referral sources, physicians and consumers.
Excellent written and verbal customer service and advanced computer skills.
Business and financial understanding of operating a profitable business.
Preferred: infusion therapy experience and sterile compounding.

Responsibilities

Performs pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
Oversees physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
Interviews, orients, and evaluates staff across departments.
Upholds regulatory mandates for healthcare provision by professionals.
Implements and upholds company policies and protocols for service.
Participates in strategic planning to increase revenue and improve care.
