Top Echelon Software, LLC. seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee pharmacy, admin, and sales operations in Georgia. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage finances, and lead multi-department teams to deliver high-quality infusion therapies.

The role requires GA Pharmacist license and strong leadership, with preferred experience in infusion therapy, sterile compounding, and personnel management. On-site operations and policy adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires GA Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service and computer skills.
• Business and financial understanding for profitable operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy, administrative/clerical, and sales operations in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor financial status and communicate with owners/corporate on finance and performance.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality of care across departments.
• Drive strategic planning to increase revenue and improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain USP <797> standards for sterile compounding and product quality.
• Review physician orders for safety, cost, and appropriateness.
• Coordinate with healthcare team for patient progress and outcomes.
