Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) in Georgia to oversee pharmacy, administrative, and sales operations while complying with regulatory requirements and company policies. The role includes financial oversight, communication with owners, and driving clinical implementation of therapies.

The position requires a Georgia-licensed pharmacist, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and solid business acumen.

Qualifications

• Must hold B.S. or PharmD in good standing with the GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills; strong computer skills.
• Strong business and financial understanding to operate a profitable pharmacy.
• Preferred: 3 years of clinical experience; experience managing pharmacy staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
• Oversee the pharmacy and support staff, ensuring proper compounding, packaging, and labeling.
• Interface with Board of Management and staff; participate in strategic planning to improve revenue and care quality.
• Supervise performance improvement processes and staff training; manage on-call rotations.
