Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee all departments including pharmacy, admin, and sales, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational policies. The role involves financial oversight and collaboration with owners and corporate office on finance, performance improvement, and clinical implementation of therapies.

Qualifications

• B.S or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with employees, referral sources, physicians and consumers.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills.
• Solid business and financial understanding of operating a profitable pharmacy.
• Preferred: three (3) years of clinical experience.
• Preferred: experience managing pharmacy support personnel.
• Preferred: minimum one (1) year experience with infusion therapy and sterile compounding.
• Preferred: sterile compounding training.

Responsibilities

• Performs pharmacy management activities compliant with regulatory and ethical standards and company policies.
• Oversees the physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
• Acts as liaison between Board of Management and staff.
• Interviews, orients, and evaluates employees within company departments.
• Upholds regulatory mandates on health care provision by professionals.
• Resolves questions and issues for departments and staff.
• Implements and upholds company policies and protocols for consumer service.
• Participates in strategic planning to increase revenue and improve care quality.
• Keeps knowledge of USP <797> to ensure quality and sterility of compounded products.
• Oversees performance improvement processes and assigns staff to initiatives.
• Reviews charts and lab results for acceptance, product and device selection, and supply management.
• Evaluates physician medication orders for appropriateness, cost, safety, and completeness.
• Monitors patient progress and communicates results to physician and healthcare team.
• Supervises pharmacy staff in compounding, packaging, and labeling.
• Assists in training and orientation of new employees and in performance improvement activities.
• Participates in on-call rotations as needed.
