Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Pharm.D. from an accredited U.S. School of Pharmacy.
• 2+ years of related retail experience.
• Licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to continue education.
• Participation in company-sponsored clinical programs.

Responsabilités

• Act as a staff pharmacist and lead pharmacy team.
• Develop and promote sales initiatives in the division.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage budget, labor, inventory, and pharmacy records.
• Monitor third-party profitability and resolve billing issues.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs.
• Provide public health initiatives and disease state management.
• Travel as needed to support business needs.
• Coach and evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity in records and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure fast service.
