Formación

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience.
• Pharmacy Manager, Assistant Pharmacy Manager, or PIC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and patient care standards.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical leadership: ensure safe, compliant dispensing and provide patient counseling.
• Operations management: oversee daily workflow, inventory, and quality assurance.
• Financial accountability: manage budget, labor, and third‑party reimbursements.
• Team leadership: recruit, train, and develop pharmacists, technicians, and interns.
