We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist in Charge / Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations and drive excellence across all areas of our pharmacy. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing pharmacists, lab operations, data entry, customer service, and shipping—ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do
Pharmacy Operations
- Oversee all pharmacy operations including lab, dispensing, and clinical services
- Supervise Pharmacist 2 (Lab Manager) and delegate lab responsibilities effectively
- Ensure optimal staffing and daily operational performance
- Implement and improve workflows, policies, and procedures
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards
- Provide patient counseling and ensure exceptional pharmaceutical care
- Execute key initiatives from leadership and support strategic growth
Regulatory Compliance & Quality
- Maintain compliance with Board of Pharmacy, PCAB, VPP, and other standards
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in compliance committees
- Ensure proper documentation and clinical best practices
- Serve as a subject matter expert for pharmacy operations
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
- Manage staffing schedules and ensure coverage across all departments
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment
Lab Oversight
- Maintain accountability for lab quality and compliance outcomes
- Approve major lab policy and procedural changes
- Partner with the Lab Manager on staffing, budgeting, and process improvements
- Ensure seamless integration between lab and overall pharmacy operations

- Proven leadership experience in pharmacy operations
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to quality and compliance
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to lead teams, delegate effectively, and drive results
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on patient safety and outcomes
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $135,000 – $145,000 per year + bonus
- Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.)

- Status: Full-Time, Exempt
