PeopleSuite Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Pharmacy Leader to oversee operations across Kentucky and Tennessee, serving as the clinical and operational leader of the pharmacy. You will drive compliance, patient outcomes, team development, and business performance in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Pharmacist leadership and management experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing of medications.
• Provide patient counseling and guidance on therapy.
• Administer immunizations and support clinical service initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, DEA, and HIPAA regulations.
• Oversee daily workflow, inventory, budgeting, and staffing.
• Drive prescription growth and pharmacy profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop pharmacists and technicians.
• Monitor performance metrics and customer satisfaction.
