PeopleSuite LLC is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Leader to oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations in the Tidewater Virginia area. You will serve as the clinical and operational leader, ensuring compliance, patient outcomes, customer experience, and business performance.

Responsibilities include clinical leadership, daily operations, budget management, and team development. The role requires pharmacy leadership experience, with focus on quality, safety, and profitability in a fast-paced

Competenze

PharmD or BS Pharmacy required.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in pharmacy leadership roles.
Pharmacy Manager/Assistant Pharmacy Manager or PIC experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance and patient care standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage business performance.
