Key Responsibilities

• Pharmacy Operations: Manage and oversee the overall day-to-day operational responsibilities of the pharmacy.
• Patient Care: Accurately prepare and dispense appropriate pharmaceuticals to patients while providing professional consultation.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of pharmacy technicians to maintain high performance and compliance.
• Technology Utilization: Efficiently utilize the pharmacy’s Patient Management System to track prescriptions, patient records, and inventory.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the pharmacy adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pharmaceutical care.
