Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and patient care standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage business performance.
• Experience as Pharmacy Manager/Assistant Pharmacy Manager or PIC preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy leadership or management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing and patient counseling.
• Lead immunization efforts and support clinical service initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal (DEA) and HIPAA regulations.
• Manage daily workflow, inventory controls, and controlled substances management.
• Drive pharmaceutical profitability, monitor reimbursement, and optimize inventory.
• Recruit, train, and mentor pharmacists, technicians, and interns; conduct evaluations and coaching.
