Job summary

Hometown Pharmacy seeks a Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations, lead pharmacists, technicians, and staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional patient care in a growing independent setting.

You will mentor teams, optimize workflows, implement MTM and immunization services with the Director of Clinical Services, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with PharmD or BS in Pharmacy.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations with a focus on patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, coach, and develop pharmacists, technicians, and staff.
• Create staffing plans balancing excellent patient service with operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
• Foster a collaborative, service-oriented work environment.
• Collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes.
