PeopleSuite LLC seeks an experienced Pharmacy Leader to oversee pharmacy operations across Kentucky and Tennessee, serving as the clinical and operational lead for compliance, patient care, and business performance.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional patient outcomes, leading a high-performing team of pharmacists and technicians, managing budgets, and driving growth through efficient operations and service excellence in a multi-site setting.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in pharmacy leadership.
• Pharmacy Manager, Assistant Pharmacy Manager, or PIC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and patient care standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage business performance.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Ensure safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing; provide patient counseling; administer immunizations; maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Operations Management: Manage daily workflow, inventory, quality assurance, and metrics; resolve issues and concerns.
• Financial Accountability: Manage budget and labor; drive prescription growth and reimbursements; optimize inventory and profitability.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor pharmacists and technicians; conduct evaluations; schedule staffing; foster accountability and customer service.
