Job summary

The role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy, state licensure, and 5+ years in pharmacy leadership. Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office is essential within a dynamic health system.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of practice.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy, including leadership or management roles.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and driving organizational change.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities decisively.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office for real-time collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department.
• Conduct monthly one-to-one meetings with team members to review performance against goals.
• Identify trends to improve team efficacy and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy laws.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the department.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication management.
• Monitor and analyze pharmacy services to identify improvements and implement changes.
• Stay updated with pharmaceutical advancements and guidelines.
