Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a Learning Lead, Fulfillment to oversee training across Dispense & Fulfillment and shipping operations at an assigned site. You will own the full training lifecycle—scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and compliance—while keeping a strong floor presence to support teams and safety culture.

You will collaborate with Ops, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR to address skill gaps and ensure programs meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with LMS platforms for training administration, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with GDP and regulatory training documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules and records.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for new hires, cross-training, and ongoing development.
• Conduct remediation and retraining sessions to address performance gaps or compliance issues.
• Develop and maintain the training schedule with site leadership.
• Maintain training records, track completion rates, and ensure GDP compliance.
• Support audit readiness with up-to-date training documentation.
• Utilize LMS to assign, track, and report training completion.
• Collaborate with Ops, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR on training needs.
• Audit tenured associates to confirm ongoing competencies.
• Maintain floor presence to capture training gaps and support teams.
• Create and update training materials with current content.
• Ensure daily alignment with Ops, Recruiting, and HR on priorities.
• Engage associates to promote safety culture and compliance.
• Train, certify, and audit PIT operations and equipment.
• Enforce OSHA and facility rules related to industrial equipment.
• Conduct practical PIT training and certifications.
• Perform ongoing PIT training audits for compliance.
