Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree with U.S. accreditation.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience or equivalent.
• 21+ years of age and eligible to work.
• Leadership experience and strong customer service orientation.
• Commitment to continuing education and clinical programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform the full duties of a staff pharmacist and model professionalism.
• Develop and promote pharmacy sales plans and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all state and company requirements.
• Direct the pharmacy team to manage inventory and reduce overstock.
• Handle third-party/payer reimbursements and audits promptly.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs and meet budget targets.
• Maintain records as required by law and company policy.
• Engage with physicians and community targets to promote health services.
