Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited U.S. school.
• 2+ years of related retail experience or equivalent.
• License must be in good standing as a state pharmacist.
• Ability to lead a pharmacy team and maintain confidentiality.
• Commitment to customer service and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and lead the team to reduce customer wait times.
• Develop, supervise, and promote the sales plan and initiatives for the division pharmacy.
• Duties of a registered pharmacist per state law and company rules.
• Direct the pharmacy team to meet budgeted labor, volume, and inventory goals.
• Monitor third-party profitability; handle rejections and audits promptly.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs and maintain coverage.
• Maintain required pharmacy records per laws and policies.
• Lead detailing visits to physicians and community targets; participate in public health initiatives.
• Travel as needed to support business needs and coach direct reports.
