Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacy inventory programs, drive data‑driven process improvements, and ensure accuracy across operations. You will manage cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancies, with a focus on regulatory compliance and patient safety.

This role collaborates with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to build dashboards (Power BI/Looker) and improve controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• Experience with WMS systems, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Strong root-cause analysis using inventory data and process docs.
• Proficiency with Excel, pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI.
• Experience creating inventory reports, dashboards, or KPIs.
• Experience implementing SOPs and inventory controls.
• Experience training staff on inventory systems and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expirations, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, inventory turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting inventory risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Support DSCSA requirements, including traceability, documentation, verification, retention, and investigations.
• Partner with multiple departments to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members with clear performance measures.
