Job summary

experiencedAlliedHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Services Materials Coordinator to compile, prepare, and generate purchase orders for pharmaceutical products, ensuring a continuous supply and compliance with DSCSA, contracts, and 340b where applicable.

You will partner with system and local pharmacy teams to standardize ordering, oversee CSOS and DEA 222 forms, and maintain perpetual inventory accuracy while coordinating annual physical inventories and vendor invoicing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Pharmacy Technician certification preferred (CPhT).
• 2 years of pharmacy field or materials management experience required.
• Experience with DSCSA, 340b, and controlled substances processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with system and local pharmacy teams for standard ordering and approvals.
• Oversees controlled substances orders in CSOS and DEA 222 forms; ensures proper documentation.
• Maintains perpetual inventory accuracy and monitors outdated items for returns.
• Coordinates annual physical inventories and reconciles invoices with accounts payable.
• Aligns purchases with system contracts and programs; plans around drug shortages.
• Processes payments for invoices and maintains inventory documentation per regulations.
