Job summary

FFF Enterprises seeks a Pharmacy Purchasing Coordinator to supervise procurement, receipt, and inventory management of medication, supplies, and DME. Reporting to a pharmacist and the Manager, Pharmacy Purchasing, you will preserve stock levels and coordinate with accounts payable on invoices.

Responsibilities include handling recalls, optimizing par levels, and conducting mid-year inventories while complying with federal/state laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy terminology knowledge and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Minimum 2 years pharmacy purchasing experience; 4 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure, receive, and manage inventory of medication, supplies, and DME.
• Process invoices for payment and vendor returns.
• Lead inventory counts and manage shortages.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
