Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Pharmacy Services Materials Coordinator to compile, prepare, and generate purchase orders ensuring a steady drug supply while addressing shortages and high-usage drugs.

You will work with site and system pharmacy teams to maintain perpetual inventory, oversee CSOS and DEA 222 documentation, and coordinate with accounts payable to reconcile invoices. Strong regulatory knowledge and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician registration/licensing required (CPhT preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy or materials management experience.
• HS diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of DSCSA and 340b requirements desired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with system and local pharmacy teams for standard ordering and approvals.
• Complete CSOS and DEA 222 forms with the pharmacist and ensure proper narcotics documentation.
• Oversee perpetual inventory compliance and documentation.
