Job summary

CVS Health Corporation offers a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern role across our retail locations. You will apply didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice under a preceptor, following a comprehensive training roadmap and gaining exposure to store, district, and regional operations.

As you advance, you’ll assist with pharmacy operations, ensure safe and accurate dispensing, and learn about immunizations, counseling, and patient care while upholding SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or accepted to, an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be pursuing, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required by state regulation.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap focusing on Key Learning Experiences (KLEs).
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and accurate dispensing.
• Support immunizations and other patient care services where allowed by law.
• Demonstrate empathy and professional communication with patients and colleagues.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed.

ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy

Valid intern/technician license in process
