Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice within CVS Pharmacy locations. Under a preceptor, you will follow a comprehensive training roadmap, participate in essential pharmacy operations, and learn store, district, and regional processes while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will gain hands-on experience in immunizations, prescription fulfillment, and customer interactions, while developing leadership and teamwork

Qualifications

• Required: accepted into or actively enrolled in ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure patient prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Support immunization services where allowed by state regulations and training.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with policies to protect patient privacy and safety.
