Qualifications

Willingness to obtain Pharm D degree prior to start date.
Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 90 days.
Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days.

Responsabilités

Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions and safety, and refers to provider as needed.
Performs pharmacist tasks including compounding, verification, and dispensing.
Maintains compliance with regulations and company policies; manages opening/closing and shift changes.
Keeps track of insurance claims and assists with 3rd party audits.
Delivers immunizations and preventive care services to enhance patient health.
Develops relationships with local healthcare providers and supports community outreach.
