Job summary

Responsibilities include drug therapy reviews, adherence to regulatory guidelines, inventory management, and collaboration with management to drive performance and community health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree prior to start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within the respective boards within 90 days.
• Certified Immunizer or willingness to become one within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on medications, interactions, side effects and proper usage.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews and verification with regulatory compliance.
• Support workflow, inventory management and pharmacy financials to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy systems and propose productivity enhancements.
• Process insurance claims, follow up with payers, and assist with audits.
• Assist with staff training, performance, and development to ensure service quality.
• Provide immunizations and wellness services to customers as part of preventive care.
