Responsibilities

• Customer service.
• Communicating with patients in person and by telephone; assist with product selection; obtain medication prices.
• Processing and filling prescriptions.
• Using pharmacy computer system for data entry and third party adjudication; pull products; label prescriptions.
• Third-party functions.
• Inventory management.
• Update balance on hand; product ordering; check-in and store orders; vendor charge backs.
• Clinical services; health screenings and immunizations after training.
• May perform other duties as required.
