Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom knowledge in real-world pharmacy settings inside CVS stores. Under a preceptor, you will follow a comprehensive training roadmap, participate in SOPs, and gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations.

You’ll help fill prescriptions promptly and accurately, assist with immunizations where permitted, and develop clinical and technical skills for future pharmacist roles.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and technicians in daily pharmacy operations.
• Ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient service.
• Counsel patients and support immunization services where allowed by law.
• Travel to stores across the market as needed for shifts.
