Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in a real-world setting within our pharmacy teams. You will work under a preceptor to complete a comprehensive training roadmap, supporting operations, ensuring safe, accurate prescription filling, and delivering caring service that exceeds patient expectations.

You will learn to operate within SOPs, gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations, and contribute to a safe, inclusive culture while developing

Qualifications

• ACPE‑accredited college or school of pharmacy
• Possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required by state

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists and Technicians manage patient health.
• Support prescription fulfillment with safe and accurate processing.
• Assist patients with empathy, answer questions, and provide care within pharmacist supervision.
• Contribute to inventory activities and maintain stock integrity.
• Support immunizations and point‑of‑care testing where allowed by law and training.
