Job summary

CVS Health, a leading name in retail pharmacy, seeks a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning in real-world practice and prepare for a Pharmacist role. Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and technicians.
• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off.
• Provide empathetic patient service and counseling when appropriate under supervision.
• Help with immunizations and other services as allowed by state regulations.
• Maintain basic inventory activities and proper medication storage.
