Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice under a preceptor, completing a comprehensive training roadmap across store, district, and regional operations.

You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, learn SOPs, and gain experience in immunizations and other pharmacy services as allowed by state law, preparing for increasing responsibility.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Complete training roadmap with KLEs and leadership exposure.
• Follow SOPs and participate in immunizations and other services as allowed by state law.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to market stores as needed.
