Job summary

CVS Health is offering a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern position within our retail pharmacies. You will apply didactic knowledge to real-world practice under a preceptor, following a structured training roadmap designed to prepare you for a Pharmacist role.

Expect hands-on experience with SOPs, patient care, and collaboration with pharmacy teams. You will learn through Key Learning Experiences, gain exposure to store operations, district, and regional leadership, and contribute to safe, accurate

Qualifications

• Enrolled in ACPE-accredited pharmacy program.
• Pursuing valid intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and technicians.
• Assist in safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and immunization services where allowed.
• Counsel patients and collect medical history information under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Maintain inventory activities and assist in cycle counts and stock management.
• Support immunizations and offsite clinic staffing as trained and permitted by law.

Education

ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy

Valid intern and/or technician licensure in process
