CVS Health is seeking 3rd year Pharmacy Interns to apply didactic learning in real-world practice within our retail pharmacies. Under a licensed pharmacist, interns follow a comprehensive training roadmap, gain hands-on experience in filling prescriptions, immunizations, customer service, and store operations while preparing for future pharmacist responsibilities.

This part-time internship emphasizes SOPs, empathy, patient safety, and teamwork across the district.

Formación

• ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy enrollment is required.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and provide caring service to patients at pickup, drive-thru and over the phone.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain patient privacy and safety.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by state regulations.
• Participate in training roadmap and gain exposure to store, district and regional operations.
