Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning to real-world practice within a retail pharmacy team. Under a pharmacist supervisor, you will follow a comprehensive training roadmap and SOPs to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and high-quality patient care across store operations.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or accepted to an ACPE‑accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Possession or pursuit of valid intern/technician licensure as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete required training within the designated timeframe.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance including required shifts, nights and weekends.
• Support pharmacy team in safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient service.
• Counsel patients and answer questions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Assist with inventory tasks and adherence to SOPs and policies.
• Provide immunization support and other patient health services where allowed by law.

Education

ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy

Valid intern and/or technician licensure in progress
