Job summary

CVS Health, across our Retail locations, is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning to real-world practice under a preceptor. You will follow a comprehensive training roadmap designed to show you firsthand what it’s like to be part of a pharmacy team while gaining an overview of store, district, and regional operations.

You will gain hands-on experience through a training roadmap that includes Key Learning Experiences (KLEs) and time with leaders in your district, while

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap focusing on KLEs and gaining exposure to store, district, and regional operations
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly, prescriptions are filed promptly, safely, and accurately
• Comply with SOPs and maintain patient safety, privacy, and high-quality customer care
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by state regulations and training
