Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice within our retail pharmacies. Under the supervision of a preceptor, you will follow a structured training roadmap, participate in store, district, and regional operations, and support the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate, and timely prescription fulfillment.

You will gain hands-on experience through KLEs, activities, and leadership interactions while learning to deliver compassionate care,

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap to learn real-world pharmacy operations.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, accurately, and promptly.
• Demonstrate empathy and ensure caring service to patients and colleagues while following SOPs.
• Volunteer to expand clinical and technical knowledge through hands-on training and supervision.
