Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in a real-world setting within CVS retail pharmacies. Under a preceptor, you will follow a structured roadmap, support the pharmacy team, and gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations to prepare for a pharmacist role.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow at each workstation.
• Assist pharmacists and technicians in safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered service and counseling when appropriate.
• Contribute to inventory activities and maintain accurate records.
• Support immunization services where allowed by law and training.
