Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice and prepare for a Pharmacist role. Under a preceptor, you will follow a training roadmap with KLEs, SOPs, and leadership interactions to gain hands-on pharmacy experience.

You will learn to provide safe, timely prescriptions, assist with immunizations, and participate in store, district, and regional operations while developing communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in ACPE‑accredited college/school of pharmacy.
• Pursuing intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Follow SOPs to ensure patient safety and accurate prescriptions.
• Deliver friendly, patient‑centered service and assist pharmacy team.
• Support immunizations and other safe pharmacy services where allowed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Assist with inventory tasks and cycle counts as directed.
