Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in a real-world setting within our pharmacy teams. Under a preceptor, you'll follow a comprehensive training roadmap, support prescription fulfillment, and learn store, district, and regional operations.

You will assist with SOPs, patient service, immunizations where allowed, and develop empathy and communication skills while maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Acceptance into or enrollment in an ACPE-accredited college/school of pharmacy.
• Must have or be pursuing intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Attend regularly, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within allotted timeframe.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and patient safety.
• Provide empathetic, patient-focused service at checkout and counter.
• Support immunization and vaccine-related activities where permitted.
