Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to join our store teams and apply didactic learnings in real-world settings. Under the preceptor's guidance, you will complete a comprehensive training roadmap and gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations while supporting safe and efficient prescription processing.

You will learn SOPs, engage with patients with empathy, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy or equivalent.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.
• Immunization certification may be pursued; willingness to obtain required training.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Demonstrate empathy and excellent patient service in all interactions.
• Follow SOPs and engage in ongoing coaching and mentoring of pharmacy staff.
• Support immunizations, point-of-care tests, and off-site clinics where permitted by law.
