Zusammenfassung

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning in real pharmacy practice within our Retail locations. Under a pharmacist preceptor, you will complete a comprehensive training roadmap and gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations while supporting a busy pharmacy team.

You will assist with safe and accurate dispensing, patient care, immunizations where allowed, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifikationen

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Aufgaben

• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap with KLEs.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescriptions.
• Travel to stores in the market as needed by the business.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient safety and privacy.
• Provide immunizations and other services where permitted by law.
• Mentor and coach other pharmacy team members as directed.
