Job summary

CVS Health in a retail setting is offering a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern program designed to translate classroom learning into real-world practice under a preceptor. You will participate in a structured training roadmap across pharmacy operations to build readiness for a Pharmacist role.

Under supervision, you will support patient care, SOP adherence, and safe dispensing while gaining exposure to immunizations, counseling, and store, district, and regional workflows.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and technicians.
• Assist with dispensing prescriptions accurately and provide empathetic patient service.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing as permitted by state regulations and training.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive culture and continuous learning within the pharmacy team.
