Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking 3rd year Pharmacy Interns to apply didactic learning to real-world practice within our pharmacy teams. You will work under a preceptor to complete a training roadmap, supporting safe and efficient prescription fulfillment and patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation and support pharmacists and technicians in patient care.
• Counsel patients when appropriate and answer medical questions under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by state regulations.
• Support inventory activities and maintain accurate records and documentation.
