Job summary

CVS Health in Heath, OH seeks a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning to real-world practice under a preceptor. You will assist with ongoing pharmacy operations, ensure timely and safe prescription fulfillment, and support patient care within CVS retail locations.

You will gain hands-on experience through a structured training roadmap, with exposure to store, district, and regional operations while maintaining SOPs and patient-first service.

Qualifications

• ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy required or actively enrolled.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to assist pharmacists and technicians in patient care.
• Adhere to pharmacy workflow procedures for safe, accurate prescriptions.
• Counsel patients when appropriate and assist with immunizations and related services.
• Protect patient privacy and comply with CVS policies and regulations.
• Support additional health-care services as trained and authorized.
