Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to join our in-store team. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice under the direction of a preceptor and follow a training roadmap to prepare for pharmacist responsibilities.

You will support pharmacy operations, ensure timely and accurate dispensing, and provide caring patient service within a CVS location. You will gain hands-on experience through KLEs and leadership interactions, while learning SOPs, workflow, and patient

Qualifications

• ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy required.
• Valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and genuine care in customer and colleague interactions.
• Adhere to SOPs and comply with regulatory requirements.
