Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to join our CVS Retail locations. You will apply didactic knowledge to real-world practice, under a preceptor, and participate in a structured training roadmap with hands-on experience across store, district, and regional operations.

You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure timely, safe, and accurate fulfillment while delivering caring service that exceeds patient expectations.

Qualifications

• Accepted into ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to support Pharmacists and Technicians in patient care.
• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and customer service at the store.
• Provide empathetic service and help maintain a positive patient experience.
• Support immunization services and other pharmacy programs where permitted by law.
• Complete basic inventory activities and help with training of team members.
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed.
