Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy in Houston, TX is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Intake Supervisor to manage incoming patient, prescriber, and prescription communications. You will triage to internal departments, process faxes and electronic prescriptions, and set up patient profiles.

The role requires knowledge of pharmacy terminology, data entry, and leadership to coach staff, maintain quality, and meet service goals while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED and licensed/registered pharmacy technician as per state law.
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician is required.
• Desired: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree and Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician.

• Supervises intake staff and maintains a positive work environment.
• Creates patient profiles and processes orders from electronic prescriptions and faxes.
• Assist Manager in day-to-day operations and implement new procedures.
