Onco360 Buffalo, NY is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor - Intake to oversee intake staff, triage communications, and ensure accurate patient profiles and prescription processing. This role demands leadership, adherence to pharmacy terminology, and collaboration with prescribers.

You will supervise intake operations, coach staff, manage workflow, and help optimize service levels while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws in a fast-paced specialty pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years of pharmacy experience
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB)
• Licensure/registration as required by state law
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake staff in a leadership role to maintain a positive environment.
• Create patient profiles and process orders from e-prescriptions and faxes.
• Assist Manager in day-to-day operations and implement new procedures.
• Coach and evaluate staff, deliver corrective action when needed.
• Monitor daily workflow and adjust personnel to meet demand.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and REMS programs.
