Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy, a specialty oncology pharmacy, is seeking an Intake Supervisor to lead the patient, prescriber, and prescription communications workflow from Louisville, KY. The role emphasizes triaging communications, processing electronic orders, and ensuring accurate patient profiles and drug orders.

The position requires strong pharmacy terminology knowledge, 4+ years in pharmacy with leadership, and active state registration as a pharmacy technician.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and state-required pharmacy technician registration
• 4+ years of pharmacy experience and prior leadership experience
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; solid knowledge of pharmacy terminology and processes

Responsibilities

• Supervise intake staff and foster teamwork to minimize turnover.
• Create patient profiles and process orders from electronic prescriptions and faxes.
• Assist Manager in day-to-day operations and implement new procedures for accurate dispensing.
• Recruit, hire, orient, develop, and coach intake staff with performance management.
• Monitor daily activity and report on workflow efficiency and service levels.
• Control operating expenses by effective staffing and resources while maintaining quality service.
